I’ve never been one to buy lots of things. However, over the years, stuff does add up. Starting a year ago, I began gradually getting rid of stuff by various means. Clothes have been donated to Goodwill, books given to the nearest high school and public library. Art stuff from my studio is being sold for half-price, and unsold paintings are being gifted to family and friends. Old computer equipment couldn’t be sold or given away so it went to the recycle center. Still remaining are tools, furniture, kitchen and office stuff. I suspect a yard sale is in my future, although I loathe the day. Moving into a small RV will require having very little stuff. Luckily, I still have plenty of time.
