There are a few small projects that need to be done. Attention to the kitchen, bathrooms, and family room are needed. Minor repairs, painting, patching, nailing and generally fixing up is the order of the day. I actually enjoy doing these kinds of jobs.
I’m currently repainting the kitchen cabinets, and changing the handles and hinges. Even though it’s not a large task, it will still take awhile to complete. Since my time is limited to after work and weekends, it is likely to be drawn out.
While the paint dries, I’m gathering more stuff to be trashed. Gradually clearing out the shed, and random items that one keeps in hopes of it someday being useful. Some will be saved for a yard sale, some given away, but most will be put out for the garbage man.
Each project completed is a step closer to my goal, so I’m motivated to check them off the list. Well, it’s time to get back to work.

Sounds like a plan. We went thru the same when getting our home ready to sell. Looks like you are all ready to dig into these projects and knock them off one by one. Melissa and I love to make lists and then cross off items as they are done. If we forget to put something on the list – we add it and cross it off!!!
Time goes bye quickly so it is never too early to start.
How exciting for you! I look forward to following your journeys!
