There’s not a lot to report, as life goes on as usual; working a full-time job, and trying to get the house ready to sell. Here is a brief update on the progress.
I’ve completed painting the kitchen cabinets and installing new hardware. They came out looking pretty nice. I’m currently painting the interior of the house. Finished painting the kitchen, two bathrooms, hallway, and now working on the bedrooms. Still have the office, living room and family room to do.
The next project will be replacing sinks and toilets in the bathrooms. I also plan to add wainscoting in the master bath, and perhaps some cabinets or shelving. They are fairly small spaces so I don’t want to over do it; but the new owners might appreciate the additional storage.
When the inside is done, then I’ll move to painting the outside. I’ll likely wait until the exterior is completed before having new carpeting installed throughout the house.
Then the house will be close to ready for market. There are a few other little projects I’d like to do though. Like a little work in the laundry/storage room, a front entry walkway and plants to brighten the approach, and some yard work. I think these improvements can be done fairly easily.
Well, there you have it. I’ve not posted often of late, because there’s not much news. But, I wanted to let my readers know I’m still working toward my goal of full-time RVing by the end of the year.

Not much longer! I may be in for an extended stay here in Vegas after my early misadventures but hopefully we’ll be both be on the road early next year. Best of luck!
Good luck selling your home. If Florida is anything like Arizona, the market is full of buyers and prices are going up. Remember in an up market, a CMA is old news and you might be able to do better. Make sure you get a CRS REALTOR, not just anyone. I’m a REALTOR in AZ and if you want a referral, just ask.
