(AZ, UT)
Thought I would share a few random photos from my Spring 2022 trip. These were stops that didn’t provide enough for individual posts, yet had nice views. Hope you like them.
I had great hopes for a stop at the Tonto National Monument. However, the main hike was closed because of an invasion of African bees. The camping areas were crowded, and getting a decent photo of the lake was difficult. This one shot from the Visitor Center was the best I could do.
My boondocking spot near Kanab was less than ideal, as it turned out to be an ATV staging area. A hike into the Wygaret Terrace to find some pictographs had to be scrubbed because it was on the other side of private property. Near Duck Creek Village UT, I stopped at a pullout view of Navajo Lake which was still frozen over in April.
Mountains at a boondock camp by Oak Creek outside of Oak City UT, and a creek in Willow Canyon next to my boondock spot near Grantsville UT. Not dramatic pictures, but they provide pleasant memories of a fun trip.

More WOW scenery. You certainly know how to sniff it out. Thanks a bunch. I am finally in rolling mode again after seven months of being in one spot and it FEELS GREAT. Thank you for all the nice pictures.
Thanks for saying that. Glad to hear you’re enjoying moving around. Enjoy!
