(Jacksonville FL)
Just a short note to announce that the house is finally in my past. Closing took place yesterday morning, so I am now home free. It took two weeks longer than originally projected, but was worth the wait.
I am free in more ways than being homeless. Like no more yard work, blowing leaves off the roof and driveway, repairs, utility bills or mortgage payments. I’m free to meander at a leisurely pace; to stop when, where and as long as I like.
I’m looking forward to finding those special places to refresh the soul, and to create some paintings along the plein air journey. Free to live the full-time RV life I’ve been planning.
Camp: At a friend’s place

YeeHaaa! So exciting to be on a new adventurous life. I’m just imagining what it would be like to have time and emotional energy to devote to my art and soul. I’m happy for you guys.
It’s been a long time coming; years of planning and saving. It seems the more I move in the direction of my dreams the quicker things happen, and the easier it becomes. I’m hoping you too can find a way to make it happen. Get yourself down to that place in NM for a respite!
