More free music events in the area got me out and about. I’m always amazed that so many venues provide this entertainment for their guests. I like a wide variety of musical styles; so, just about any will please me.
One of my favorite genres is jazz. Any opportunity to listen to it will attract me. There’s something about the improvisation and originality of the performers that gets me.
Another form I really like is latin sounds. Whether Spanish, Cuban, Caribbean, Brazilian, or Mexican; I like it all.
I’m so thankful that wherever I go, here in New Mexico, I find fantastic live music to enjoy.

We’ve got a lot of free music here, too. I also really enjoy jazz… something that’s easy to listen to. Loud music is a turn-off so I avoid anything that sounds like heavy metal or rap. Iowa City has a really cool jazz festival every year. That event sounded like fun!
I too enjoy listening to live music; especially when it’s free. Happy you can do the same.
