(Las Cruces NM)
I went bicycle riding with a friend and found a great paved trail along the Río Grande. It went from near the Mesilla Valley Bosque northward into Las Cruces.
There were nice views of the Organ Mountains to the east, and Picacho Peak to the north. And along the way, some decent views of the river. Part way we rested for a bit at a bench.
Instead of retracing our route, we decided to take a big loop back to where we started. That took us via some city streets and amounted to about a 13 mile trek.
It was a fun and leisurely ride on a beautiful day.

Great exercise, too! A wonderful diversion for you to escape virus news.
Yes; it was a fairly good workout.
