Driving along the highway, I noticed lots of wildflowers growing near the roadside. On and on they went; so, I decided to get some photos.

Finding a suitable spot to park the rig off the roadway, I then began walking back and forth looking for interesting views. There were plenty of colorful flower patches to choose.

The most abundant were the sunflowers. The purple blooms were sort of a bell shape. And, the little yellow ones next to them were something other than sunflower.

If you recognize something, let me know the flower name. I really enjoyed seeing the colorful flowers on my journey, and I hope you like them too.
