Sometimes a walk in the forest is just a quiet stroll. No dramatic scenery like cliffs, huge boulders, waterfalls, or big wildlife. This was one such.
I did see a meadow, towering pines, an interesting tree growing sideways, a squirrel, some birds I couldn’t identify, and a few free range cattle. It was wonderful nature, plain and simple.
I enjoyed being in the mountains and the peacefulness of it all.

You take beautiful pictures. Finding peaceful places to boondock is my focus. I’ll be heading for OR & WA mid-July. I’m amazed at the beautiful places you find. The rats in Northern AZ ate my Lazy Daze, so I converted a van.😊
Sorry to hear about losing your LD. I’ve often thought of converting a van to be smaller. Hope you find some good camps in the NW. Glad you like the photos.
I absolutely love peaceful nice walks in natural surroundings. You did well. Thank you.
Good to hear from you. From reading your blog, it sounds like you’re enjoying some pleasant walks, too.
Hi, I always read your blog and enjoy your photos and commentary. Thank you for sharing your journey. I am more or less housebound due to health issues, it is nice to live vicariously through you.

So happy you get pleasure from following my journey. Thanks! Hope your health issues improve.
