Mirror Lake Scenic Byway, more or less, followed the course of the Provo River. There were a few places where it came close enough so that I could get some photos. Here are a few shots not at designated viewpoints.

At the North Fork juncture, I liked the combination of green and bare trees, logs, wildflowers and cascading water. At another spot, the swiftly flowing river, brush and rocky edges were nice.

Then, I found a section that had rapids going through large slabs of rock. And a creek from the side, feeding the river with water cascading down a hill on the rocks caught my eye.

Finally, I loved the color variations in the river rushing past. There always seems to be more interesting photos just waiting to be discovered.
